While we pride ourselves with our partnerships with leading vendors, accidents happen. Most of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. To determine if the product qualifies for warranty replacement, please call us at 1-877-553-5337 or use our submit a request form
Troubleshooting may be required to determine warranty eligibility. Please have all order information, photos, and documentation available. In some cases, the manufacturer facilitates the warranty with the consumer. Once a warranty is determined you will be provided with all the information needed to facilitate the warranty with the manufacturer.
Warranty shipping:
Morris 4x4 will not be responsible for the cost of shipping to the manufacturer. Morris 4x4 will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer containing the parts being returned under a warranty claim. As the customer is the shipper they will be responsible for filing a lost claim with the carrier used.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or neglected maintenance, improper/incorrect installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered under warranty. Morris 4x4 Center will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages from any products sold, which includes inconvenience, labor, legal fees, or any other costs incurred while the item was in use and while the item is being inspected for the warranty claim.
Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee. Warranty periods do not reset upon issuance of a replacement.
In the case of an unavailable or discontinued item our sole remedy would be to issue a branded gift card/store credit for the purchase price of the original item. Customer service reserves the right to allow/disallow substitutions.
