What is a Damaged Product?
- An item that arrives damaged due to the transit provided by the shipping carrier
What is a Lost Package?
- A package that shows no movement in transit for more than five (5) business days
- A package that shows a delivered status but you have yet to receive it
- Product must be new, unused, and with the original packaging
Lost and damaged products must be reported no later than 30 days following the shipment date
Before you submit a claim with us, here are a few things you will need:
- Your order number
- Your part number(s)
- Your tracking number(s)
- Photos (if submitting a damage claim)
- Outside packaging
- Inner packaging
- Damaged item
