What is Morris 4x4 Center?

Morris 4x4 Center is your source for just about anything you need for your Jeep. We carry a large inventory so we can ship your order in a timely fashion. We are Jeep enthusiasts who know that Jeep owners want to deal with someone who knows Jeeps.


Order Status:

Can I check the status of an order I placed?

We will send you an order acknowledgment email promptly after receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your order was properly received. We will also send you a shipment confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you. You can also check your order status on-line. Use the My Account button on top of every page or with our easy to use submit a request  form

I did not get an Email Confirmation after placing an Order Online.

If you do not receive our order confirmation email and/or an order detail email, we recommend that you review your order on the web site. You will be able to see the status of the entire order as well as the status of the individual items on order. You can also use our form to get the current status of your order


Price Match:

What is your guaranteed lowest price policy?

Morris 4x4 Center will match a competitor's delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified on a web site. The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction websites, or listed as clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratched dented or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, or web site. The price match guarantee can not be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers. Please see our full price match policy



 Does Morris 4x4 Center ship orders to customers outside the USA?

Yes we do. Morris 4x4 Center ships to customers all over the world every day via FedEx Cross Boarder Please visit our International shipping page

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days once it ships. Please see our full domestic shipping page for more information. 


Cancelations & Backorders:

I made an order for the wrong item, how do I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so before the order ships. If we cannot cancel your order before it ships, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back subject to our return policy. 

I just requested a cancellation how long before I get my refund?

Once your cancellation has been processed we will send you a confirmation email,  refunds take place in approximately 5-7 business days.  If you have expressed that you wish to reorder once your cancellation is processed we will update you with your new web confirmation shortly.  

What does Morris 4x4 Center do with backorders?

If an item is in short supply. You will be notified promptly if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. We will provide you with a new estimated shipping date and an option to either keep or cancel your item.



What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. We only specify that you have the original packaging, the product not be installed, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate restocking charge. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods. Wheels are not returnable after tires have been mounted. Please see our full return policy

PLEASE NOTE: Any/all refunds approved more than 90 days after the date of order will be refunded back to a gift card.

We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. What type of payment methods does Morris 4x4 accept?

Morris 4x4 accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, and Morris 4x4 gift cards for orders. We also offer Affirm as a financing option. You can read more about our payment options

Does Morris 4x4 collect sales tax?

Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to certain states based on federal regulations. The sales tax rate is determined by your zip code and product type. It is automatically calculated at checkout and will be reflected on your order before it is placed.
