HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY
Let's winch out of the unpleasant post-holiday hassles and make things better.
Jeep Family, as the holiday season begins we've wanted to share some exciting news! We have extended our normal 30-day return policy, and made it even better! The extended holiday return policy for 2021 applies to orders placed and delivered between October 19th and December 31st to be returnable through January 15, 2022.
The remainder of our return policy remains in place and must be followed. All other terms and conditions of the Morris 4x4 Center Return & Exchange Promise apply.
Although the return window for most orders is extended, it can vary by vendor, category and/or product*. Please contact us for further confirmation if necessary.

Returns happen, and we're here to make the experience easy!
Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original packaging and the items are in new and unused condition. We reserve the right to charge up to the full value of the product for items not received in this condition.
We'll waive the return fees plus cover your return shipping if we made a mistake, the product was delivered defective, or if you decide to exchange your product with another purchase (some restrictions apply).
In cases where you are responsible for return shipping, we can offer you a discounted return shipping label.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Occasionally packages in transit can become damaged, please do not install the damaged item, with the original packaging and Call us right away so we can set it straight. Please note, once the damaged item has been installed, we can no longer file the claim and/or have it returned. You can also read more about lost packages
Please Note: Damaged products must be reported no later than 30 days following the shipment date
If you've received an incorrect product or fitment was guaranteed and the product does not fit your vehicle, give us a call at 1-877-553-5337. We'll help get it swapped out for you.
If your tracking information says delivered, but you haven't received your package yet, let us know. We will work with the carrier to get to the bottom of it. You can also read more about lost packages

While we pride ourselves in our partnerships with leading vendors, if you receive a defective product, call us at (877) 553-5337 once you've discovered the defect. We'll straighten it out.
Products that shipped via LTL freight, typically oversized and heavy items
Some products, including, but not limited to, custom patterned and custom painted items, opened electrical items, performance programmers, audio head units, are not returnable
Products with a broken tamper seal
Products that have been installed on your vehicle
Products that have been modified (drilled or altered in any way)
Photographs and typographical descriptions are intended to be representative and may not reflect the actual product being offered. We reserve the right to modify the price, description and/or photograph of any item without notification.
